How to exchange a product:
1. Call us at 1-844-SIF-HAIR. We are available Monday- Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Our stylist representatives will help you get the return process started.
2. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
3. Send the package with the materials back to SIF Hair Extensions Include the RMA number, your name, address, and phone number with the shipment.
4. Let us know the tracking number of the package you are sending back by calling Customer Service (1-844-SIF-HAIR).
5. Once we receive the products, we will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days.

Take note:
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. The product must be in its original condition and sellable as new.
Because of sanitation and safety concerns, we are unable to accept hair that has been colored, chemically treated, installed, or used in any way. Please inspect the quality of hair before use.
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from SIF Hair Extensions, as well as the 15% restocking fee. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee to exchange an item.
UnlessSIF Hair Extensions, Inc. made the shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
If you exchange a product without an RMA number, we may not be able to process your exchange.
SIF Hair Extensions, Inc. wil replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, we will ship a replacement product at our expense.
